I’m Stephen Stecina. I work with teams when the work gets complex and the stakes are real. My background is in high-end motion and visual systems across film, games, broadcast, and digital platforms, work seen by millions.
What I Do
I help teams move work from “almost” to finished by shaping direction, building the right systems around it, and delivering under real deadlines.
Why It Matters
After 20+ years in the industry, I’ve learned that tools don’t save projects, decisions do. When new technology enters the process (including AI), I help teams separate what’s useful from what’s noise. The goal isn’t novelty. It’s work that lasts.
Outside the Frame
When I’m not designing, I’m on the water, bouldering with my son, or riding mountain bike trails. Athlete. Dad. Hungarian-American.
